3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your refund is delayed due to bank processing times, please contact your bank or payment provider.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if:

If you need an exchange, contact us with photos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
